Biography

Body Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Brent Scott. Brent is a New Zealander who lives and practices in London, England.

While meeting and treating many interesting people and conditions his career highlights include:

  • Providing Massage at the Glastonbury Festival Healing Field in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
  • Providing post-event massage for Capital Radio's Help a London Child charity runners at the London Marathon in 2007.
  • Providing Massage for staff at the iconic new Wembley Stadium.


Brent's initial interest in massage was sparked by sports including football, duathlons, triathlons, but especially track and road cycling. He originally trained in Massage in New Zealand.

Brent retrained in England, holds the ITEC Massage qualification and has been in professional practise since 2007.

Brent has worked with many people and organisations (see clients past and present), successfully treating a wide variety of conditions. He continues to develop professionally and receives regular massage treatments himself.

Additional Information: since 2004 Brent has been leading meditation and yoga-based classes for prison inmates under the guidance of the Prison Phoenix Trust. He currently has one class for inmates and another class for staff at HMP Pentonville. He has completed the British Wheel of  Yoga  Foundation Course and has begun the BWY Diploma. Both practises are increasingly integrating into his massage treatments.
